Side-Lying Clams

2 sets of 10 repetitions, hold each rep for 3 seconds

Lie on side with knees bent. Slightly flex the hips and open the top knee in an external rotation of the hip. Hold at the top for 3 seconds then return to start position in a controlled manner.
