Lumbar Rotation

2 sets of 10 repetitions to each side

Lie on back with knees bent and feet on the floor. Slowly lower legs to one side in a controlled manner until you feel a soft stretch. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.

You can place your arms open/out to the side for stability.
