Quadriceps Stretch

3 sets, hold each side for 30 seconds.

Stand up straight and keep lower back neutral. Clutch one ankle or the top of the foot with one hand while holding a chair or table for balance with the other. Pull your foot towards your buttock until you feel a stretch in the front of your thigh.
