Gluteal Stretch

3 sets, hold each side for 30 seconds.

Lie on back with knees bent and feet on the floor. Cross the ankle of your chosen leg to stretch over your other knee. Pull the knee slowly toward the opposite shoulder until a stretch is felt in the buttocks.
