Gluteal Stretch

3 sets on each side, hold each stretch for 30 seconds

Lie on back with knees bent and feet on the floor. Cross ankle of chosen leg to stretch over other knee. Pull knee slowly toward opposite shoulder until stretch is felt in the buttocks.
