Band Side Steps

3-5 sets

Place band above knees, around the thighs. Take 10 steps sideways using your abductors. Do this without rocking the body or rotating the hips. Facing the same direction, take 10 steps sideways to return to your starting point.

Keep band taut, back straight, and toes forward at all times.
