Active Hip Internal Rotation and External Rotation

2 sets of 10-15 repetitions on both sides

Sit on your buttocks with your legs straight out. Keep the knee straight while actively rotating entire leg to the left as far as possible and then to the right as far as possible to count as one repetition.
