Straight Leg Raises

3-4 sets of 8 repetitions

Rest on elbows with uninvolved knee bent. First flex your involved foot toward you and tighten your quad. Then, slowly lift and lower your leg while keeping the leg completely straight. Relax quad between repetitions.

This exercise can be done in a locked brace if unable to do without.
